Skin Boosters

Skin boosters are injectables that improve skin texture, elasticity and hydration.

They hydrate and boost your own fibroblasts and collagen within the skin. Depending on the target area we are treating, would determine which treatment we would recommend. We use the newest and most scientifically advanced form of skin boosters. From £150. Appointment time approx 30-40 minutes. 

 

Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides are an injectable regenerative, treatment. The innovation behind this is incredible – it really is a natural way to improve your skin and tissues on a cellular level. We offer a range of polynucleotides in various strengths to suit all ages. Our most popular treatment area for polynucleotides is targeting fine lines under the eyes and the perioral area around the mouth (smokers lines). Improving skin texture where filler is not suitable. 

Single treatment from £150. A course of two treatments is advised for best results. Appointment time 40 minutes. 

The benefits of polynucleotides:

  • Reducing the appearance of acne scars.
  • Boosting collagen production and cell turnover.
  • Reducing hyperpigmentation and sunspots.
  • Anti-inflammatory properties, eg. reducing  rosacea.

What can I do pre-appointment ?
* Take Arnica tablets a few days leading up to treatment, to help reduce the amount of bruising and how long it lasts. 
* Discontinue any blood-thinning medications or supplements one week before treatment (with your doctor’s content.) These include aspirin and vitamin E as examples, and they increase the likelihood of bruising, avoid ibuprofen also.
* Avoid blood-thinning foods such as garlic – consider this a few days before treatment.   
* Avoid blood-thinning drinks such as alcohol and green tea 1-2 days before injections.
What can I do post-appointment ?
* No stooping, try and sleep on your back straight after anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler treatments.
* Avoid steam rooms or saunas/hot tubs.
* Avoid taking anti inflammatory drugs if needed antihistamine tablet can be taken to help with swelling.
* No sunbeds for 2 weeks post dermal filler treatment.
* Eat fresh pineapple, because it contains an enzyme called Bromelain which has natural anti-inflammatory properties. 
* Use Arnica gel/cream on the affected area to heal faster. 
* Avoid alcohol for 1-2 days after injections.  
* Avoid vigorous exercise for 1-2 days after injections.  
* Apply ice packs to the affected area to reduce the swelling and reduce bruising.  
* Wait 24 hours after your appointment to applying make-up, to avoid any irritation. If you have to apply makeup use mineral based makeup.

Facial Slimming

Gummy Smile
The use of botulinum toxin to reduce the amount of gum on show when we smile or express ourselves.

This treatment really helps to lift the Cupid’s bow slightly and stops the lip curling under when smiling can be done alone or part of a gummy smile treatment. Also helps peri oral (smokers lines).

Temple Filler

As we age the temple region is one of the first areas to hollow. Replacing lost volume in this area can open the eye and balance our facial features creating a much softer balance between cheeks and upper face. Usually an area which is very often overlooked.
From £300. Appointment time: 40 minutes.
 
Fine Lines & Wrinkles
Targeting superficial fine lines and wrinkles, perioral lines (around lip area).
From £200. Appointment time: 40 minutes.
 
Tear trough
The tear trough is an area between the lower eyelid and cheek that can suffer from volume loss and hollowing as we age.
This can give the appearance of dark circles and tiredness underneath the eye.
Filler can be used to restore this hollowness which can improve the appearance of the under eye area.
A thorough consultation is required to assess whether you are suitable for treatment as the tear trough is an extremely delicate area to treat and can be prone to water retention if cases are not selected carefully.
The filler that we use is then eventually naturally broken down by the body over the course of approximately to 12-18 months. (Please note that this treatment may need topped up and further product in approx 4 weeks depending on severity of hollowness which will incur a further charge of £250).

Nasolabial Folds & Marionette Lines
The natural creases from nose to mouth, known as smile lines. Line/superficial lines only – If you need lifting or anti-ageing, please book a 2ml or 3ml personalised package.  To anti-age we must do so by lifting the fat pads above the treatment area. This requires considerably more product – see 3 pillar anti ageing.
From £250. Appointment time: 40 minutes.
 
Nasolabial/3 pillar anti aging
Best for anti-ageing in this area, where lift and volume need replacing in the mid face region. Please book either this, or personalised package. This treatment lifts the fat pads above the treatment area. This requires considerably more product. You may add more product on the day should it be required.
From £550. Appointment time: 60 minutes.
 
Hyalase 1500 (filler dissolve)
Hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers can be dissolved by a soluble protein enzyme called Hyalase.
A consultation and patch test are required prior to this treatment being carried out.
Please note a minimum of 2 weeks between dissolve and refill is required. In some cases multiple sessions are required.
